jdironman - 4/30/2023 21:45 I think most scary thing is how they were financed if it is true that half are coming up for refi in next 24 months. I also don’t think many banks have really addressed it yet.
Do banks ever address an issue until they are forced to do so?
Its human nature to kick the can down the road as long as possible hoping things get better.
