I have two nephews and a brother in law who are all high up tech guys. BIL was laid off from the medical company so they could get tax advantages by “diversifying “ their workforce (that’s what the memo said.)
One nephew works for Google and the other for Amazon. They’re both in their 20’s and say that AI is going to take a lot of tech jobs.
More than commercial real estate is going to be effected by this.
