going to find out which banks knew how to underwrite their loans and actually required that the owners have some skin in the game. (your going to be surprised how many don't)
I don’t have much exposure to commercial real estate financing, but those I have seen are all non-recourse loans with no personal guarantees, and that’s supposedly standard for the industry.
