NE Kansas | At my job, we are required to be in the office 50% of the time. Until today, it was up to individual teams which “collaboration day” everyone had to be in each week. Now, we have a department collaboration day, and a team collaboration day. Feels like we’re slowly heading toward back to the office full time. Prior to COVID, work from home was extremely frowned upon. We had to adjust as we went back to the office last June due to attrition. | |
