Mattress shopping was probably one of the most frustrating purchasing experiences I've had. The retailers all sell the same brands but each had a different name for a particular model. Direct comparison shopping is impossible. Whatever you choose I'd recommend a memory foam mattress topper. Best thing we ever bought. we have a 4" thick topper but a 2 or 3" thick one would probably adequate. First pregnancy my wife slept with a bunch of pillows before retreating to the Laz Boy recliner for the last month. Second pregnancy she stayed in bed in relative comfort for the full term with the mattress topper. It also does a great job of isolating movement. You won't even know your spouse is in bed with you unless you go looking for her.
