Maybe your neighbor would be happier using a vertical till of some type. Or invest in pattern tile to help with no-till. From what I’ve seen spaying this year, pretty much all crops that was no-tilled into good soil conditions actually look better than tillage fields. I’m pretty dry here right now so the no tilled fields have probably been able to show less stress on the plants
