I'm just curious.
We were loading corn on the road a few years ago and I was at the back of the farm and the buggy driver call me and said the cops were there. Some one came alone while he was unloading the last time and called the cops.
The cop told him to turn around or wait.
The cop talked to my driver and said as long as he didn't block the road for more than 10 minutes to carry on.
We went there at 1am to avoid traffic.
