No need to be a richard about everything. That old line about feeding them- don't hurt your arm trying to pat yourself on the back. You're only a part of the whole picture.
I work at a co-op, and I fail to see what is so hard about tending in the driveway. We do it all the time. The tender truck sits on the road at the field drive/entrance, and the sprayer pulls up to the truck from the field. Pull the hose out, hook it up, turn on the pump. No need to take the whole road.
