O and I drive right down the middle of the road with the sprayer and combine. Don’t even let them think they have a chance.



I would drive directly through standing crop if I encountered the situation pictured, without hesitation.


I own both sides of the road. Which means I own the road.

Which means you drive thru standing crop you are trespassing which means I get to collect on your ego.


While I agree with you that driving through a crop except in an emergency is a little over the top- claiming ownership of the road isn't quite as accurate as you seem to believe in most states. "Here" your property description may in fact include the public road ROW. That means you don't have full use of your land in that ROW. I also hear many state that they pay taxes to the center of the road, by God I'll do whatever I want. Again, "here" thats false. Property Taxes in things like road ROW, county drains, and certain other things are NOT assessed and taxed to the property owner.

But go ahead, put a gate across the road where you own land on both sides and see how that works out.
