Here we have a rule,,,when transporting and holding up others pay them no mind,, if you pull over to allow to pass and you create the hazard,,crash involved you are culpable.My record is 18 cars behind.Only for 4 miles though.Much more likley to have a collision when you slow and pull to the right , and then back on lane,,,,instead of steady as she goes.
It’s illegal to delay 5 or more cars here.
