Couple of things I'd suggest trying. First would be, to put "several" more weights on the front end. Deere has same problem as a Rogator, full product tank, booms out, rear end is heavy. The 1254 drove me nuts when I first started running it when the tank was full. Get about half empty, not near such a problem. One reason I'm trying to get back to running a Patriot, as it's a much better balanced machine.

Second, since you say the tires are pretty bad on wear, try taking the front ones, and change them side-to-side, so they are running backwards. Know several that did this on Rogators when they wanted to try and finish the season before putting new shoes on them, and ti would help the wander.
