NESD | Chances are the scissor suspension pins and bushings are worn allowing the wheels to wander independant of each other, you will need to jack each wheel up under the frame so that the wheel is hanging free, then see how much the wheels can be moved side to side, My guess is they will move 3 - 4 inches maybe more, if so it is time to replace the pins and bushings, rear wheels are just as important as the fronts as far as keeping them tracking, I have customers all the time that don't want to change the rears because they are not steering so they can't be causing steering problems but they do. | |
