| It was also taught that at a early age one could get a low interest loan and get your name on a piece of farm ground. It was a start. Now I would recoommend to get your name with a older farmer that is going to need help. A lot of established farmers have sons who will take over but if one can meet up with a Farmer who has capital and is not wanting to cash in upon ritirement that is just as good as owning property. It's a Wall Mart world. the bigzzes get bigger. It's a tough ole world just don't weaken. | |
