Ended up with 17’ of water in the driveway of our house (according to the depth finder on the boat) in ‘93. Bins, shop, dryer, crop, all under water. Pike County, IL.
Never gone so long on so little sleep before or since, while fighting a losing battle on the levee. Couldn’t do it anymore.
