Elizabethtown,KY | I live 10 miles South of Elizabethtown, KY, life was good until Ferd started building their mega battery plant. I live about 4 miles East of it and that's way too close.
Traffic is terrible around it and they are ruining the small village of Glendale 2 miles West of it.
The state highway in front of it is either covered in mud or dust.
Land values have gone stupid high!
If I was 55 instead of 75 I would try to sell out and move if I could find a like amount of land to purchase. If
