Nw Iowa | You are only saving on the first so many dollars of valuation. I mentioned 80 acres but it is based on a dollar amount, tried to look it up but must be based on the county. We pay Iowa income tax on our Iowa land besides real estate tax as well. If you live in Minnesota and own much over 80 acres you will get the full Minnesota treatment, makes Iowa taxes look very reasonable. | |
