Do you know if they use corn meal that's what makes it higher in carbs.
We have several butcher shops near me that make scrapple but wont listen to the thought of taking the corn meal out.
I wonder if we digest course ground corn meal same as cows. I guess studies show the finer the grind the more available the starch for milk production. My though is maybe the carbs are not digested in our gut the courser the grind and pass thru undigested. I know I am reaching but maybe somebody knows.
