Honestly the options can seem restrictive, but since dumping carbs I am very content with what I eat, although 3-4 eggs with breakfast is almost a daily thing.
Breakfast can also be re-defined to accommodate intermittent fasting/time restricted eating. I prefer not eating before 10 AM or after 6 PM. The point in mentioning this is that once adapted to a ketogenic lifestyle hunger fades and food becomes fuel and not a habit. I believe I enjoy food more than before adopting this lifestyle.
I believe the contentment is partly the satiation provided by the higher fat and protein content, and partly the mental unwillingness to return to pre no-carb health.
There are websites and YouTube channels you could browse for some good ideas as well. There are some with no egg keto breakfast suggestions.
