3/4 pound of pork sausage would do. Or 3/4 pound of hamburger.
Eat meat for nutrients. Low carb vegetables if you like the taste and they do not bother you healthwise. At least that is what I do.
Meat protein for building the body, meat fat for energy and carbs for nothing. The liver will make any and all the glucose needed.
Actually once you get on a low carb ketogenic way of eating, you likely will find out you don't really need breakfast at all. About noon before I get hungry.
