Plus beef of any kind, and butter.
Try to make the switch from thinking about the "foods" that we have been taught to be eaten in the morning, and focus on the most dense and highest nutrition foods, like meat.
I used to eat cereal with milk, bananas, sugar laden yogurt, toast, etc. My health is 100% better and my blood tests are perfect since I gave up those things.
