Most mornings I have a shake/smoothie. A spoonful of unflavored full fat Greek yogurt, a quarter of a large avocado, a half dozen strawberries(or other berries) and a scoop of whey based protein powder, all mixed with water. The avocado for some reason really helps to make it thicker.
It is more filling than you might think, plenty of protein and few carbs.
