South Central MN | You could make (and freeze) some breakfast burritos. I add eggs to ours, but seasoned pork sausage (we make ours and it’s just ground pork with salt and pepper), along with some peppers and onions would be fine too. And you should be able to find low carb tortillas. I make and freeze about 40 of them before harvest season so we can leave the house ready to go.j
