coast of Maine | I was hauling bank run gravel,(there from glacial deposits ) for "fun" on fathers day.I was pondering if other areas have a source or is it all processed product.I have always had what we call a "pit" somewhere on my farms and take it for granted a bit.Hauled 20 /17 yard loads yesterday for a swampy entrance fix,,its so "fun" we call it dumbtrucking.Then I got to thinking if no glacier area no gravel,,is this so in your area?I left the bones in as we squished them right in.Here it would be 8,000$ worth delivered by others.
