Just got done checking the bushing freeness.  They all appear to be free and not binding up.  We did however, find that many of the parallel arm bolts had worked loose so we retightened those.  Don't know if having those loose would cause a bind.  After tightening checked planter unit movement again and seems to move without binding. 

Planter toolbar is level as far as we can tell.  We have the back of the unit running lower than the front.
