Subject: RE: More details

Rivers, MB
Plowboy,

We have a scale on our yard and it is flush and nearly flush on 3 sides. That makes it nice for weighing tractors or other equipment that is wider than your scale surface.

My gut tells me it is not sufficiently heavy enough for semis loaded with grain. What is spanning in between the 5" I-beams that run the length of the scale. Is it cross braced or does the 1/2" plate span the beams by itself?
