Subject: More details

Brazilton KS

The platform is already in existence, and I do not know it's design nor really, it's use.  It is coming out of a mfg plant, and it seems massively massively overbuilt for foot traffic, but perhaps questionable for the concentrated loads of forklifts.

I want it to be adequate, but I do not really want it to be massively overbuilt.  It is going to see traffic to the tune of maybe 500 passes per year, give or take, with everything passing at walking speeds.

I don't think it looks adequate in it's current form, but I don't really know how much more it needs.   Have not yet decided whether I prefer adding steel, or adding load cells.

The only thing which really amounts to a significant design concern to me is keeping the height as low as possible, to minimize drainage problems.
