We would like to have the platform more/less even with the drive on three sides.  We will have drainage in the one direction.    Making it drain at 5" or so will be pretty simple....doing so if it's much taller will be more difficult. 

There are also advantages to having a raised platform, but with the 12' width I think flush will be better overall.
