SW Ohio | and if you go into Kentucky you will need a KYU number also, little cost great hassle. Not sure on the inspector visit , mine was because I am commercial for hire, nice fellow from PUCO did mine, told me a few tricks to get around some stuff, and what I needed to have all my I;s dotted and tees crossed
