IFTA, DOT # (Name, town, state, and DOT # on both sides of truck), 2290 (even if exempt), Medical card. Most likely need the UCR too.

If you are going outside 150 miles of your home base, then I think you will have to have a log book and CDL. Also, at that point, I don't think you can use farm tags (not sure). If you travel outside the 150 miles and you have everything else except CDL, log book and commercial plates, you might get by out in the country (depends on your luck), but prolly not at the weigh station on the interstate.

Agree with other posts, call your DOT or State police post.
