I just bring it up to emphasize the following from that link regarding the requirement for the company city & state on the vehicle:

9.  Principal place of business address: The final rule does not require the motor carrier to mark its motor vehicles with the city and state. It does not prohibit this practice, either.

I believe this has been the rule for at least 5 years; I hope this is helpful.
