correct me if I;m wrong, but I don't think the original poster was talking about a NEW machine, with that said what yr. do you guys feel the quality went away on the gleaners? We have run gleaners forever and now have a '98 R-52 not totally happy with it but not disgusted either my closest dealer is 45 mins one way not happy about that but over the yrs. we have laid in almost every belt on the machine and plenty of bearings so I can keep going on weekends. quite a few case-ih's in the neighborhood and they get along fine, I agree dealer service and help is very important, the guys in our neighborhood who run gleaners work together when going for parts to cut down on time. JMO either way you should be satisfied. Bob
