Dalton, OH | Getting seed prices on alfalfa for 2009 and got one from Garst on 6417 and one from NK on Genoa. I know both companies are owned by Syngenta. I plant NK beans which I can get from either company. As far as alfalfa, do both companies sell the same stuff under different names or do they actually go out and get their seed from different sources? I know Garst corn is not the same as NK corn. Any help would be appreciated as both have excellent prices on their best alfalfas.
