Hay Wilson in TX

Subject: We are in agreement.

Little River, TX

recommendations are for typical PA soils, and are guidelines only.

This is what I was saying from the first. That just may be what you were saying in your replies?
I will add that the Mehlich III chemistry was also formulated for Eastern Soils and though it works after a fashion is subject to exaggeration in our soils. It works just fine in the East Texas soils which are sandy & acid in nature. Mehlich III does well in the Waco, TX area as they do not have the high pH calcareous soil, though to surface apperaances they are the same. The clay structures are also different. Though both are best monitored with tissue analysis rather than soil analysis.
