| If I was leasing one of my largest assets to someone, and they had no interest in going out of their way to help me maintain it, I'd find someone new too. You farmed around all the junk and obstacles and made no attempt all summer to get out there and clean some of it up like you cared about his investment and were interested in helping him maintain it so he could continue to entrust it to you. Forget it, you need him much more than he needs you and he is showing you the door. By the way, when you do that kind of thing, all the neighbors and other potential landlords are watching to see how you handle those situations so they know how you'd treat them too. | |
