nw pa | have no idea what kind of arrangements were made on this land. Around here with cash rent and cropping for awhile... If it floods you better get it cleaned up and ready to go. landowner would have no input, money or otherwise except where he wants the junk put or hauled away.basically you went and planted around everything and the landowner was supposed to do it. was this crop share rather than renting it? If so maybe he should be out there cleaning up. Cash rent is yours to deal with. | |
