Well Ed, this was my rookie year farming, but I also sell seed. I've been to enough plots and field days that I do believe the new genetics perform best at higher pops, so I'm planning to stay at 34k. Haven't harvested my corn yet, so we'll see how it does. Very dry here after mid-July, but my corn is still pretty green. Planted May 14 at 34.4k. We'll see what the combine says.
