I want you to decide that you will NEVER plow again because you don't want to NOT because of some damn govt regulation/program/employee! As far as EQIP, it has been a really good program for livestock owners in need of large cost manure storages and barnyard runoff control projects. These projects can easily cost $80-100,000 even for projects on "small" dairies (100 head). I think EQIP has its place.
