Well I'm not quite as cynical and paranoid as you are Eddie, but, working for the local Soil Conservaiton District, there are many, many times I advise farmers to deal with things on their own. Many times the hassles, regulations and hurdles you have to jump through just aren't worth it. That being said, if I was in your county I'd be pushing you hard to do away with that plow
