Well, the chaff isnt just one big bed, that slides out the combine. Its like a fluid big fluff ball, that is also bouncing on the chaffer. So, seeds will certainly flow to the bottom, and down into the sieve. And, I guess if Gleaners are so great, why didnt they sell like they should have? I have always heard them refered to as "Silver Seeders" Maybe they are great, but they sure didnt take off here.
Couldnt take it any more. Bought me a combine!
