Anyone who allows their Galvanized Wonder to become a Silver Seeder isn't setting, maintaining, or operating it right. Gleaner's cleaning system is and always has been second to none.
Just take a look at Max's pics above - see that matt of chaff coming off that shoe? You don't see that with a Gleaner - you see a storm of chaff kept in suspension which allows the grain to drop through to the shoe rather than be carried out with the chaff. I'm not saying Max doesn't know how to set his combine - all of the "colorful" combines work the same.
Now, you compare that with the pic below and you'll see that a Gleaner keeps chaff off the shoe which allows the grain to stay in the machine! :)
