I have a degree in Ag Econ from NDSU. We had a few students that were not from the farm and did not know barley from wheat. But they had a desire to learn and that is what is important. A professor said that we were being trained for the higher paying jobs in management and to leave the tractor jockey work to someone else. I still drive the tractor and combine.
