roaming | Also, the pinout for the PF3000 shows that Pin 2 is Transmit (from monitor) and pin 3 is Transmit (into monitor). This confirms that a null modem is required for communication, because pin 2 on the 132 is Transmit (from receiver) and pin 3 is Transmit (into receiver). With just the 277885A1, this would put both devices transmitting on pin 2, and both listening (receiving) on pin 3. AKA no communication. The null modem will take care of this, and, assuming your print is newer than mine, will also take care of shuffling 12v from pin 4 off to a dead pin on the receiver end. WHEW!! | |
