I have a wagon very similar to what you have in the picture with a 1100 gallon thank on it. It has 4-2x12" on each side and has worked fine for several years. Only difference is that mine is longer (14' or16'), and has two chemical shuttles and a pump mounted on the front. With the extras on the front, the big tank weight is carried more on the back axle, so I may not span as much distance with the wood.
