Subject: Put a temporary line in aboveground.

Suction line broke for the barn well a couple of years ago. When there is 60 head of cattle bawling, must come up with a solution fast. Used a 100' coil of plastic line with a foot valve and stuck it in the well, lined it with the long electric heat wire like that is used for de-icing roof eaves, and pile square bales of straw on top, and then wait for spring.

Then hooked broken line up to the pressure system. Where water bubbles out of the ground, you have found your break.
