I had the same problem about 7 years ago except the line was a 2 inch PVC,1500 feet long. I searched for a wet spot or any other sign that would lead me to the leak,but no luck. Finally, I decided to put in a new line. I figured that if there was 1 leak, there may be more just waiting to let go.
