Nance County, Ne | If the line is broken you should have water rising above the line. This would then take out the frost that is there and should make locating repair easier. I know that is how we have done it in the past. Also if the leak isn't loosing that water maybe wait till conditions improve. At least it's almost April so the frost should be coming out shortly. Be a differnt story if this happened in January. | |
