Which day did God tell the God's time folks to choose for the day they looked for the shortest shadow on the stick and set their clocks to noon? Straight up noon doesn't always come exactly 24 hours apart. Wobbles in the earth's axis of rotation and orbital irregularities account for deviations in when sun time noon appears, exactly.
