For the life of me, I can't figure out where all of this energy savings is at. The only thing I can think of is you can leave the Little League ball field lights off for an extra hour.
All factories and offices run lights any way. Running lights on cars doesn't make much difference in fuel economy. Let's here of a concrete example that we are actually saving money versus staying on the same time year around like some of you do.
