From Tulsa. He said, always go by the time where the work is being done. Just like going to the airport. Only problem is finding out what time zone the work zone is in. :-) usually we all know though. Some of the counties voted for time to be the same didn't they? We didn't get a chance, but I think some did. and some changed to be the same as Evansville, Chicago, St Louis, Carmi, and Tulsa. Our neighboring counties all changed back last fall, then this spring they all went an hour forward so we will always be an hour apart.
