Yes, you can if you are using the correct radios to communicate. As an example, if you wanted to use a mojoRTK base station to run your AutoPilot, you could purchase an unlock of CMR to run with the AutoPilot and plug in the same 900 MHz radio that you use with your Trimble, and there you have it, RTK with a mojo base station and Trimble AutoPilot.
